When you submit the form we collect your name, email, phone number, your answers to the form questions, and the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM tags and ad click IDs). This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to measure ad performance. These may set cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the pricing and information you asked for, to contact you about Everpine and similar new homes, and to measure and improve our advertising. With your consent we may contact you by phone, text and email.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We may share it with our brokerage, with the builder's sales office when we register you for an appointment, and with service providers who host this site and our contact database. Ad platforms receive measurement data through their tags.
